This Cookie Policy explains how ChainPeace Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) on chainpeace.com and within the ChainPeace web application. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), which require informed consent for any non-essential cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and pixel tags. Where this policy refers to “cookies” it covers all of these.
2. Categories of cookies we use
We classify cookies into four categories. Only “Strictly necessary” cookies are set by default; everything else requires your consent in the in-app Privacy Centre or the cookie banner.

Specific cookie names may vary as we improve the Service; the categories above describe the types of cookies we set, which is what PECR/UK GDPR require us to disclose.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that we use to operate the Service:
- Stripe — fraud prevention during checkout (strictly necessary).
- Cloudflare — security and bot mitigation (strictly necessary).
- Plausible / self-hosted analytics — privacy-preserving analytics (consent-based).
Third-party cookies are governed by the privacy and cookie policies of those providers.
4. Managing your preferences
- Update consents at any time from the in-app Privacy Centre.
- Use the cookie banner on first visit, or re-open it from the footer link.
- Configure cookie handling in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge all support blocking third-party cookies).
- Use Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control — we honour these signals where technically feasible.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break core functionality such as signing in.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The version and date appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be re-prompted via the cookie banner.
